Racketball

At Bowdon Squash Club Racketball is now being played and the hope is that it will keep a lot of older players involved in the club if they are struggling with the physical demands of squash. Also we hope it will bring in new members and allow them to compete with established squash players on a more level playing field.

We have just started the first Racketball internal leagues and for the first time there was a racketball event in the end of season club championships.

We see a real future in Racketball and encourage you try it as soon as possible.

The 2009 National Racketball Championships take place at Edgbaston Priory Club in Birmingham from

8-10 May. Entries are now open, and it promises to be another fantastic weekend, so click the links on the England squash page to find out more information.
